In this Winter Banger, we've paired Appleton Estate with pork & apple sausages to make sliders. With pork, you need something light & refreshing, and the sweetness of the apple & the rum are the perfect match.

For 8 sliders, you will need:

  • 4 x pork and apple sausages
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw
  • ½ cup aioli

To make:

  1. Cook the sausage in a frying pan or oven until cooked through.
  2. Warm the slider buns. Spread with aioli, add coleslaw, slice the sausages and place on top.
