In this Winter Banger, we've paired Appleton Estate with pork & apple sausages to make sliders. With pork, you need something light & refreshing, and the sweetness of the apple & the rum are the perfect match.
For 8 sliders, you will need:
- 4 x pork and apple sausages
- 8 slider buns
- 2 cups coleslaw
- ½ cup aioli
- Cook the sausage in a frying pan or oven until cooked through.
- Warm the slider buns. Spread with aioli, add coleslaw, slice the sausages and place on top.
